Since 2007 A German company was setting-up a new facility in Pune to cater to Indian Tractor Brake OEMs and offered the Brake Plate to AEATPL. After process design was approved and prices were accepted, AEATPL Team visited Germany Parent plant and was shown existing supplier facility. The Germany facility was as-it-is duplicated (as per customer intructions)at AEATPL with layout, machines, systems, inspection methods. Complete running plant was established in record time and quality, quantity established. Regular supply continued. German firm was taken over by an Austrian Group and the business continued. AEATPL also supported this company in 2007 to establish their in-house manufacturing set-up and integrating AEATPL component in their products. AEATPL has demonstrated its capability to cater to critical requirement of Multi-National Companies by team effort and close association with customer.
This part requires press-work and Projection welding, a line is set-up with output 100,000 per day. The packing, transport – entire logistics is designed to supply the OEM Direct On-Line. This part demonstrates process design capability of AEATPL and team-work to co-ordinate the high-volume daily despatches while still maintaining the high supplier rating with India's premium 2-Wheeler manufacturer.
