Design Feasability Check and Commercial Quotation
Our engineering team studies customer drawings, develops a commerical quotaion along with submission of protoype sample.
Tool Development
Our design engineers conceptualize custom press tooling, stage/progressive dies, and specialized welding fixtures tailored to component geometry and volume requirements.
PPAP Validation
Our Quality Assurance engineers inspect initial prototype samples using 3D CMM metrology to deliver validated components alongside PPAP documentation for customer sign-off.
Mass production: Sheet Metal Pressing and Welding

Welding and Sub-Assembly
